In order to register with Kiwanis Little League you MUST either currently live within the correct Little League boundaries or once lived within the correct Little League boundaries and played with that league. The area in white (INCLUDING HARBOUR LANDING, and All of SE Regina) is Kiwanis Little League and the area in red is North Regina Little League. For the most part, the area south of the CP rail lines is Kiwanis Little League.

Kiwanis National Little League (Regina National Little League Inc.) provides a highly organized baseball program for children aged 5 to 12. Registrations fees cover the costs associated with operating the regular season and playoffs for the baseball year. Registration fees only cover the costs associated with the year of registration and are not transferable to future or past years.
Not included in the registration fees are costs to cover tournaments (hotels, meals, mileage, entry, etc.) or other items that each team may approve (jackets, etc.). Any team fee (which may include costs for tournaments, hotels etc.) are determined by each team and are the responsibility of the teams to collect and manage.
Included in the total registration fee is a $15.00 levy from Saskatchewan Little League. The following are the registration fees for 2024:
T-Ball (age 5) = 100.00
Rookie (age 6 to 8) = 200.00
Minor (age 9 to 10) = 340.00 plus refundable uniform deposit of 25.00 when uniform is picked up
Major (age 11 to 12) = 390.00 plus refundable uniform deposit of 25.00 when uniform is picked up
Refunds
Partial refunds will be issued for players who notify us prior to evaluations. The holdback will cover the cost of fees associated with online registrations and refunds plus any applicable fees associated with evaluation costs. After evaluations, refunds will only be processed for medical reasons and a doctor’s certificate will be required prior to a refund being issued. Refunds for any other reason will not be processed.
If for some reason Kiwanis Little League decides to cancel the entire season (COVID as an example) a full refund will be issued.
