In order to register with Kiwanis Little League you MUST either currently live within the correct Little League boundaries or once lived within the correct Little League boundaries and played with that league. The area in white (INCLUDING HARBOUR LANDING, and All of SE Regina) is Kiwanis Little League and the area in red is North Regina Little League. For the most part, the area south of the CP rail lines is Kiwanis Little League.

These divisions are divided into A, AA & AAA teams based on the skill level of the players. They play on a 60-foot diamond with pitching distance set at 46 feet. Both of these divisions feature a full range of tournament play, with Major All Stars playing in tournaments to go to the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
Minor (Ages 9 to 10)
At this level, children are playing regular baseball.
Teams play 14-16 league games plus tournaments and playoffs.
Player's skills are evaluated in order to determine which tier they will play in as well providing the coaches with ratings on each player.
Based on the evaluation ratings, teams are drafted by the coaches.
The season runs from May 1st to the end of the school year. You can expect to play / practice three time a week on any day of the week including weekends.
Each player is required to provide their own batting helmet, glove, baseball cleats and grey ball pants. The league will provide a uniform (which must be returned) and a hat which they can keep. We will provide bats for the players to use but if you wish, you can bring your own bat. If you are looking for a place to buy ball equipment, the folks at Western Cycle are very helpful and they will give you a discount if you mention you are with Kiwanis Little League.
